Acquisition Referral Information
Are you aware of a potential customer in your region who could use Lazer Logistics’ services? Are you aware of a competitor in the area who would be a great acquisition for Lazer Logistics? If so, we’d like to hear about it from you!
We will pay a Sales or Acquisition Referral Bonus to any employee who refers a customer or acquisition based on the following:
$500 per Truck for new customer site, with a minimum bonus of $2,500 and a maximum of $5,000 per new customer, paid at start-up.
$5,000 for any closed acquisition, paid 30 days after close Sales Leads:
- Any sales lead must be for a customer who has not previously been contacted by Lazer Logistics within the past 12 months.
- The sales referral must include a contact name, email, and/or phone number. Any additional information about the potential customer is very helpful!
- Any acquisition referral must be for an acquisition that has not previously been contacted by Lazer Logistics within the past 12 months.
- The referral must include a contact name and email or phone number of that contact and what information you know about the potential acquisition.
- The referring employee must submit the acquisition referral information form above.
- Only the first employee to refer a particular customer/acquisition will be paid the Sales and M&A Referral Bonus.
- In the event of any disputes, all final decisions will be made by the Chief Commercial Officer.
- Taxes and other legally required withholdings will be deducted from bonuses.
