The Lazer Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, was created to support Lazer family members experiencing financial hardship. Lazer employees can apply for a grant to help ease unexpected financial burdens. We employ the highest stewardship standards to ensure every dollar donated goes to grant applicants.

We are committed to improving the environmental impact of our business. From internal initiatives like encouraging the use of digital over paper files, investing in clean diesel technology, and rapidly expanding our battery-electric yard spotter fleet, we are driven to invest the time and resources necessary to be a better, cleaner company.
As an EPA-certified SmartWay partner, we place a Lazer focus on reducing diesel engine idle time, which improves air quality while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Since 2017, our EV fleet has saved over 20 million pounds of CO2 emissions, equivalent to 24+ million miles driven by gasoline-powered passenger vehicles.
